1. Who Can Open an Account

You must be aged 18 or over, resident in an eligible country, and legally able to enter into contracts. You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses forfeited. Residents of certain countries — including the UK, USA, Netherlands and all FATF blacklisted countries — may not register.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

SpinBetter requires KYC verification: (a) before your first withdrawal, (b) when cumulative deposits reach USD 10,000, or (c) if suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include a passport, national ID, or driving licence for identity, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: €10
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10
  • Maximum withdrawal: €1,500 per 24 hours
  • Withdrawals up to €1,000 processed within 72 hours; above €1,000 within 7 days
  • Deposits must be wagered at least 3× before withdrawal
  • Refunds (no gaming activity) must be requested within 7 days of deposit

4. Bonus Rules

  • Standard wagering: 25× (deposit + bonus) unless a specific offer states otherwise
  • Maximum bet while bonus is active: €5 per spin / €0.50 per bet line
  • No-deposit bonus wins capped at €50 total withdrawal
  • Free spin winnings added to bonus balance — must be wagered before withdrawal
  • Activating self-exclusion or cooling-off voids all active bonuses and free spins
  • Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, hedging, exploit use) results in forfeiture of all winnings

5. Prohibited Practices

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture:

  • Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or value betting
  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems
  • Opening duplicate accounts
  • Match-fixing or using insider information
  • Chargebacks on deposits
  • Acting as an agent for a third party

6. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to you, unless the account was closed due to fraud or breach of terms. SpinBetter may also close accounts at its sole discretion.

7. Complaints

Bet-related disputes must be raised within 30 days; game disputes within 12 weeks. Contact support first — if unresolved, you may escalate to SpinBetter's licensing body, the Anjouan Gaming Authority.

8. Law & Jurisdiction

SpinBetter operates under the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anjouan courts.
